European Photonics Roadshow Newcastle

The European Photonics Roadshow

provides SMEs with solutions on how to overcome barriers to entering the MedTech and pharmaceutical markets with photonics-enabled products.

This is a unique opportunity to meet other European photonics companies, seek advice from experts in MedTech and pharmaceuticals, and to explore new business leads and potential collaborations.

At this two day event you hear from a panel of international experts, who will cover a range of healthcare market, innovation, investment and photonics topics.

Pre-arranged business to business meetings will also take place, in order to stimulate and strengthen collaborations along the supply chain. The first day will finish with a social event and networking dinner.

This event will be at two locations:

    • Day 1 : Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art | 9.00 am to 9.30 pm
South Shore Rd, Gateshead, NE8 3BA.

    • Day 2 : The Core | 8.30 am to 1.15 pm
Bath Lane, Newcastle Helix, Newcastle, NE4 5TF

Company pitching sessions - your chance to present either:

    1. A five minute pitch on day 1 with audience Q&A.
    2. A five minute pitch to a panel of experts with feedback on day 2.

Contact Sarah Williamson to register your interest for a limited number of spaces.

The photonics roadshow series is organised by EPRISE, a Horizon 2020 project, and there is no charge to attend the event or the networking dinner.

CPI is one of nine EPRISE project partners and is the organiser of this roadshow event.
